7-Day Return & Exchange Window
At Zamana, we are committed to delivering a seamless and premium customer experience. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy outlined below.
- Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
A. Return for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear supporting images or videos.
- All such requests are subject to evaluation by our quality assurance team.
- Upon approval, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. If the product does not meet the required return conditions, it will be returned to the customer, and the request will be declined.

3 Month Warranty Coverage for Bag Hardware and Metal Fittings
All warranty claims are carefully reviewed by our quality check team, and the product will be inspected to determine whether it qualifies for a valid warranty claim. If the bag qualifies for a claim, we will initiate a return and repair for your bag. The bag will be shipped back to you once the bag is fully repaired. Your bag is covered under a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects in hardware components and metal fittings.
Please note: This warranty covers only the hardware components such as Zippers, buckles, clasps, metal rings (D-rings), and handle metal fittings. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by regular use, misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.
B. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- A reverse pickup and re-shipping fee of ₹500 will be borne by the customer.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags, dust bags, and original packaging intact.
- Exchange requests will be processed only after the returned product has successfully passed quality inspection.
- Products purchased during discounted purchases or catalogue sales are not eligible for exchange and return.
C. Return (All Other Cases)
- Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- A reverse pickup fee of ₹350 will be borne by the customer.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credits are typically processed within 1–2 working days following successful quality inspection.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- All return or exchange requests must be initiated within the defined 7-day window.
- The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: She Means Business, The Gyoza, The Baguette, The Mashka, and The Madeleine.
- Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and saleable condition, with all original tags intact.
- Products must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability based on the customer’s pin code. In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to arrange self-shipping.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases involving approved defective or incorrect items.
- Zamana reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency, consistency, and a fair resolution process for all customers.
