Easy Returns

We're happy to accept returns of unused items within 7 days of delivery for refund, and within 10 days for store credit.

Items purchased on a catalogue wide sale, can be exchanged but cannot be returned unless the bag is damaged or has any manufacturing defects. You may receive store credit once the returned item arrives at our warehouse. International orders are final sale. Please note: 'She Means Business,' 'The Gyoza,' 'The Baguette,' 'The Mashka' and 'The Madeleine' are not eligible for returns, as their structured designs are prone to damage during return transit.

Orders placed before 03 August are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the upcoming scheduled price drop. Returns will only be accepted in case of damaged or defective products.
